    for me I have to make time to do it everyday otherwise I get off the wagon.. I usually go to the gym right after work at noon and walk the dogs after dinner.. I have been following this rountine for a year now.. I think if you make time to do it at the same time every day it becomes a habit.. goodluck you can do it

    Tie it into your current routine. For instance I bike instead of drive to work, take the stairs at work instead of the elevator. When I'm waiting for something I pace, dance, or do pushups on the counter.
