有時候我覺得自己完全失去了運動的動力……真是太糟糕了!

請問大家有什麼激勵自己的方法嗎?

    Maybe make it into a game and imagine your health going up,being measured in levels. For example if you were running,  the longer runs you'd do or the speed could be measured in levels. Once ypu beat your previous, distance or time you've beat a level. To motivate yourself each level you beat you could reward yourself

    That's nice and I definitely should try, maybe I can also fix some treats if I complete the missions I fix myself

    Gondo something fun that's also physical...go dancing, get a friend to join you for a mall walk, play on a jungle gym, turn up the music and do a workout outside!
