一週快結束的時候,你們是如何保持動力的?我發現自己週一、週二和週三都能堅持鍛煉,但到了週末,尤其是接近週末的時候,動力就會迅速下降。求助大家分享一些技巧和訣竅,謝謝! :)

    I actually prefer to work out Monday, Tuesday and Fridays, Saturday. I try to pace myself and go for walk on days I don't work out.
