哎呀,午餐剛吃了一個大三明治。

比我平常做的少,但我知道我應該吃點別的。現在,我覺得很飽,但又有點脹氣。

 

這就是我今天出門運動的動力。雖然這不算是最強大的動力。我本來更希望午餐吃得清淡些,然後照樣去鍛煉,但生活就是這樣。

 

這三明治甚至算不上好吃。

    46- lol, I feel your pain. My wife always wants to go out for breakfast on the weekend but when I do I feel bloated and lazy and tired. It sux but sometimes the less I eat the better I feel
