今天我成功地跑上了附近一條山路。這是我第一次不時停下來走走就跑上去了。
這次的不同之處在於我放慢了一點速度。雖然速度仍然足夠快，可以算作“跑步”，但比我之前幾次嘗試的速度要慢一些。
