我又失敗了 *與 Cashwalk 互動 #18* 第 7 天

我又失敗了

 

這已經是我連續第二天沒能完成八月兩萬步的目標了。昨天我只走了可憐的1.4萬步,今天又走了4千步,最後只走了1.8萬步。

 

今天是我第三次沒能達到每日2萬步的目標。如果我想平均每天走2萬步,就得加倍努力了。我能做到嗎?

 

我年紀太大了

 

今天最令人欣慰的是,我竟然能正常跑完1分鐘。這1分鐘跑得非常酣暢淋漓。除了大約29年前在坎波弗朗西亞參加跑步比賽獲得第三名之外,我感覺自己比以往任何時候都要好得多。

 

但對於一個48歲半的人來說,這仍然很不錯! 🌱

    Seriously 10,000+ steps is a good goal.  I find when I do 14,000 steps or more my planters fasciitis acts up.

    15-18k is pretty good. Just push yourself a little bit at a time.. continues with your good work.

    I am 26, will be 27 next month and I struggle to run for 1 minute. Every person's body is different and we all have our limits. Your walking steps are amazing! I'm lucky if I reach that amount.
