    Beh allenarti deve essere un piacere e non un sacrificio. Sei un giorno non va di allenarti non andarci. Magari ti riposi alla prossima volta non avrai più motivato....

    Finding motivation is one of my biggest struggles as well. I find that leaving things prepped and as easy as possible to access is what helps me the most. I like doing workouts from YouTube so having a schedule with links to different videos makes it very easy to get started.
