我如何在6個月內減掉2英石(約12.7公斤)

新冠疫情封鎖期間,我靠著暴飲暴食尋求慰藉。我必須做出改變。

我最近發現了間歇性斷食法。你可以選擇一個8小時的進食窗口,在這個窗口期前後都不能進食。當然,合理的飲食很重要,但你可以選擇任何適合自己的窗口期。我選擇下午4點到午夜12點,因為我是個夜貓子。所以我跳過早餐和午餐,要么在傍晚吃頓飯,要么在下午茶時間吃點零食。兩年多了,我還在堅持。生日或慶祝活動時我可能會休息一天,但其他時間我每天都堅持。斷食期間我會喝水,因為我需要補充水分,尤其是在運動的時候。

我每週還會跑25-30英里,以保持新陳代謝旺盛。

    Congratulations.. I started doing intermittent fasting for a few months but stopping doing it.. I am going to back on in after the new year. Hopefully for a while.. thanks for the inspiration

      Do the fast that suits, if 16/8 is too much just start it on 20/6 and ease your way back in. I still get hungry every day and sometimes break fast a bit earlier than planned but the good thing is every day is a new day. Some days especially around Christmas time can be tricky to stick to .

      28lbs, 14 lbs in a stone. I went from 10 1/2 stone to 8 1/2 stone. I am a bit heavier now tho as I felt it was a bit too much but I still IF every day just have one or two more treats 😄
