The most important tips that I follow to lose belly fat are:
1) balance diet with a large variety of fruits, protein, vegetables, no sugar food, etc.
2) hydration (drinking 1'5 liter per day of water)
3) cardiovascular exercise at the gym (one of my favourite moments of the day)
4) manage stress and my levels of anxiety
5) sleep 8 hours independent of the tiredness that I have
6) patience because you won't see the change in one week or months. It will take some months and constance.
