I do some taekwondo and here are some leg workout we do:
- Hamstring stretches(stretches in general like splits, reaching your toes etc.)
- Squats
- Jumping jacks
- Running
- Agility ladder
- Stretching kick(leg straight and kick as high as you can)
- Front snap kick
- Roundhousekick
- Back kick
- Back spin hook kick
- Tornado kick
- Jumping roundhousekick
- Jumping front snapkick
- Side kick
- Axe kick
For the kicks we normally do 10 per foot
