The best my arms ever looked was not lifting. I did a lot of interval stations. 30 sec bear crawl 30 sec backward bear crawl 30 sec rope pull etc it was the constant cardio while on the arms that shredded them. Old fashioned wheel barrels if u have a partner .. wheel barrel forward for 10yds do 10 push-ups wheel barrel backward 10 yds do 10 push-ups  . Medicine ball slams , caber tosses , heave n retrieves . U can mix anything into a 5 minute workout repeated 3 times for a real killer  good luck
