All you need for this exercise will be a Blackroll and a Yoga mat.
First of all you have to put yourself in the plank position. The Blackroll has to be layed on the map and under your arms. Now all you have to do is to hold this position and to roll the Blackroll forward and backward. Repeat this exercise 5 times for 60 seconds and make a little break of 30 seconds in between. You will soon see and feel improvements of your belly muscles.
