My favorite abs workout is the following:
This is a mini routine done by 3 different circuits
1. V-UP CIRCUIT: 5 right, o left, 10 tull. Keep your opposite leg elevated when doing the single leg v-ups.
2. BICYCLE CIRCUIT: 5 right, 5 left, 10 alternating. Keep your opposite leg elevated.
3. TOE TOUCH CIRCUIT: 5 right, 5 left, 10 together. Keep your opposite leg elevated.
I did 3-5 sets.
