由於嚴重的背部損傷,我能輕鬆安全地進行的運動量和類型受到限制,稍有不慎就會感到劇烈疼痛。目前,步行是我主要的運動方式。我正在尋找一些獨特的方法,將更多步行融入我的日常生活中。非常感謝您的任何建議!如果您有任何其他與步行無關的建議或想法,也請不吝賜教。先致謝!

    I also had problems with my back. Instead of surgery I started to swim with some exercise to strength back muscles. I am now free of backpack for many many years...

      I do swim in the summertime. Living in Ohio limits that in the winter as well as most of spring and fall. I need to look into getting a pass at the YMCA to use the indoor pool and other facilities when the weather is cruddy. But, yes, swimming is a wonderful 0 impact option for exercise!!!
