Here is a list of abs workout that i did some time ago:
Sit ups: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head or across your chest. Lift your upper body towards your knees, keeping your lower back on the floor. Lower back down with control. Aim for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps.
Leg Raises: Lie on your back with your legs straight. Place your hands under your buttocks for support or hold onto something stable. Lift your legs towards the ceiling, keeping them straight, until they are perpendicular to the floor. Lower them back down slowly without touching the ground. Aim for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps.
Plank: Start in a push-up position, but with your weight on your forearms instead of your hands. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core muscles. Hold this position for as long as you can, aiming for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat 2-3 times.
Russian Twists: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet lifted off the ground. Lean back slightly and clasp your hands together in front of your chest. Twist your torso to the right, bringing your hands towards the floor beside your hip. Return to the center and then twist to the left side. Aim for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps on each side.
