Hi everyone, I want to share a nice Youtube video for abs workout.
It is a 2 week schedule to help you get closer to abs and lose weight.
A 2 week program is easier to start with and commit to. Of course you can do it again and again to have better results!
I'm going to start doing it today and see if it works! I eat too much recently😅
Also remember to keep your back straight when doing the exercise so you can use the right strength.
