Working out is an absolute mind therapy!
I think getting showing ABS is about having a low % of fat.
There are some exercises that might be helpful like crunches and russian abs.
I hate training legs but I've noticed it also helps a lot to get abs because of the balance work.
I'll say abs are nice to show but the first thing you have to care about is to be healthy, eat well and always be balanced.
