The best booty workouts I have found are 1) squats, 2) backwards leg lifts, and 3) a weird postion i shall call kicking donkey.
1) for squats obviously you will be standing and then pretending to sit.
Keep your knees above your ankles NOT over your toes. If you keep your feet together or wider apart it will alter which muscles get worked differently.
2) for backwards leg lifts . You will be standing and then lift a leg backwards while keeping it straight. It also works the back muscles.
3) for kicking donkey get on your hands and knees and bring one leg to your chest and then kick it backwards.
