Begin with 5-10 minutes of light cardio to warm-up, this help you to flow your muscles and prepare your Body for exercise.

Start with 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions of squats. Continue with hip thrusts, do 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions and in the End of one hold 30 seconds. 

To relax from that exercise you can do glute bridges with 4 sets of 15-20 repetitions. 

And to finish do Romania deadlifts same as other exercises.

And like the beggining do some light streching for Your glutes.
