My fav chest workout involves dumbells!

 

All you need is a bench and a set of dumbells.

 

10 * 3 sets of bench press

10 * 4 sets of inclined bench press

10* 3 sets of chest dips

10 * 3 sets of skull crush

 

 

Your pecs will burn the next day. Make sure you're using appropriate kg of weight!
