對於曾經身體有傷的人來說,運動可能極具挑戰性,尤其是在完全不知道自己能做什麼的情況下。所以,如果你正在尋找低衝擊或改良版的運動,我就是你要找的人!

我沒有接受過醫學、運動療法、生理學或任何相關領域的培訓,也沒有相關學位。我只是有20年應付高中車禍帶來的各種傷害、行動不便和疼痛問題的經驗。此外,這些年來我也諮詢過許多醫生,並從中獲得了寶貴的建議。

即使坐著也能取得顯著的健身效果。我發現一些最有效的改良版健身操是專門為老年人設計的。基於此,我向大家推薦SilverSneakers。

      21. (This is said with 100% good humor and sincerity. I understand text does not communicate tone and my dark sense of humor does not translate well in text  🙄) I probably will not get better, but thank you... my accident was 20 ago. This is how it is.
      On the plus side (or rather, the skinny side 😉)  I have lost over 200 pounds and my pain level has gone down dramatically! And I started losing that weight with chair exercises, resistance bands, and NEAT movements.
      Anyway, this better be long enough for the new mingle rules...
