I like preforming the dumbbell chest press. To begin, lay on a bench or mat on the floor with your feet flat on the floor. Choose an appropriate weight dumbbell for you and hold one in each hand. Extend your arms straight up with your palms facing your feet. Pause with your arms up then bend your elbows and slowly lower your arms until nearly touching the floor.
