I have a 10 months old baby. Finding time to Exercise it's a real challenge but anyway since he started crawling and be everywhere, it's a real cardio experience just to follow him all the time😂
Also i do squats a lot with him in my arms, and when he's playing nicely on the mat with his toys I put some quick video on YouTube with some exercises. It's pretty easy and fun since he sometimes joins me. Also my older son likes yoga a lot so sometimes we also do that too together. For now it is what it is. 😅
My tips and advices are to at least try, even if it seems impossible with the kids; to find examples on the internet if you don't know how or where to start (youtube it's the easiest way for an entry level); make the kids join you. They will have fun, you will work out. Or you will at least try 😄
