This is what I'm doing everyday.  You dont need jump 1000 times a day.  You better jump 100 daily and keep continue 10 days.  You will see the difference.  

This habbits I keep over three years.  It would only  take you around 5-8 mins per 100 jumps.  

 

Not really difficult so easy to be a good anf healthy habbit.
