Pamela is one of my favorite YouTubers to go to when working with cardio. Personally it's a really high intensity and your heart rate will go up shortly after the video. It was hard but that's why it's high intensity. Results are there if you stay consistent and it's definitely worth it to try. I think that either one of the videos is good to lose some sweat but I personally like the 15 minutes one more better.
