Consistent neighborhood exercise

My neighborhood is an awesome place to workout.  I have a nature trail about a half mile from my house. I also live in a safe neighborhood and can walk at night. The most important thing is to exercise on a daily basis. Try to get in at least 30 minutes a day of walking at a consistent rate. Once you get used to that, add 5 minutes on each week. This will improve your stamina and mental clarity. Also, have fun!
