放慢速度 - 社交 15 3

通常我跑步的時候,會盡量跑得快一些。我會一直跑到筋疲力盡,然後走一會兒。等我感覺恢復了,就再跑。如此反复,直到我覺得跑得差不多了為止。

 

我決定放慢速度,這樣如果能跑得更遠一些再走就好了。

 

我負重跑了6公里多,走走停停,平均速度仍然與我習慣的快跑/快走的速度相當接近。

    I don't think I'll be running at this slower pace exclusively. I still like running fast.

    If I ever decide to run a 10k race, Im pretty sure that I'll be able to do it a lot easier than I had originally thought.

      It wasn't so much about rest at it was about whether I could run further if I slowed down a bit.
