What time of day do you get your workout in? I usually run (or walk) first thing in the morning, before the day gets away from me.
I'm a creature of habit, and my morning routine is wake up, fix a cup of tea, putz around on laptop for a bit, then hit the street (or treadmill), usually before the sun is up.
