負重行軍

「負重行軍」是指背著沉重的背包(或行軍袋)行走/遠足/跋涉/做任何事。

 

我剛剛查閱了一些資料,這似乎是一種非常好的運動方式。

 

具體來說,如果你是個跑者(或像我一樣想成為跑者),負重行軍應該是一種極好的方式來提高你的速度和耐力,同時也能以預防受傷的方式增強你的身體素質。

 

它還有一個額外的好處,就是可以讓你扮演士兵,因為負重行軍是許多軍事訓練的一部分。 (當然,如果你本身就是士兵,你就可以扮演扮演士兵的平民了。)

    Usually when I go hiking it's for a few hours so I carry water, a pic nic, etc in it (and usually a child or two but not in the bag)

      Do you find that your bag is heavy enough to give you a bit more of a workout?

      Between the bag and depending what child it can be anywhere between 30 and 50 pounds. So it's a good workout for me considering Im usually on Holly trails but for someone in better shape a weighted pack would be better

      30 to 50 pounds sounds like a pretty good workout to me.

    I have never tried it, but it definitely sounds like a great way to lose some weight and build muscles.

    I have taken part in a hiking event which goes on a 20km or so trail carrying a 5L or so water bottle, long time ago....
